Since the Base thread seems to be slow as hell, I will ask it here as well:

Dear fellow Katy fans, I need some help.

I'm trying to purchase tickets to Katy's concert in Vancouver on September 10, but Ticketmaster is not allowing me to buy it with my credit card because I don't have a canadian billing address - And being from Brazil, I don't have a US billing address either.

Why is that? Is there a way to fix it or does that mean I won't be able to buy the tickets?
