Is Australia and New Zealand getting the song on the same day? I thought Australia measures its charts starting on Fridays, so that's usually when songs are released.

We could either get it on the 12th of August or the 22nd of September, due to the whole '6 weeks of airplay before release' thing. We started to switch to on air/on sale like the US but songs were flopping all over the place so I dunno if it got scrapped.

-3 or 4 Weeks of airplay
-Music video (Week 4)
-Performances (Weeks 5 + 6)
-Release it to hit #1 first week.

That's the local UK stars promo schedule,I'm pretty sure Katy will do something similar. Unless they feel it's an undeniable hit then they might just hold off until Single 2/the album like they did with Teenage Dream.

I remember it with PoM because she performed on the radio but I was at school so I listened to it on my phone at lunch but I didn't know she did the same with CG. I kind of hope she does the same with Roar but then again, I don't want to wait.
