It's probably Caleb she's crying over. If it was Ashley, then the other girls would be flipping out too.

I thought he was in the A Team though. And he would be the one who would betray them.
In the description of the episode, it says a person who's if a friend to them all would betray them.
Paige and Nate are not friends with the rest of the PLLs.

Maybe Caleb is revealed to be in the A Team, and then he is killed by A?
