It's a show only shown in America. Other countries have their own version too.
at you acting like all talent shows are shown worldwide. I've never seen "The Voice UK", "X Factor UK" or "La Voz... México" on my local television station.
Also:
1. It's her first single. Artists tend to build up their fanbase in their home territory before expanding worldwide, like Shakira for example.
2. It's not available for purchase anywhere except for U.S. and Canada
