Yup this wasn't going to instantly smash and from her first promo interview this era she always gave the idea they planned to stick to this song for a while so maybe they feel like this new season is a good time for it to do well...

They better. I mean according to her interviews she's going to be touring for the whole Summer and a lot more. I'm sure they just plan her to be doing it non-stop but already have stuff lined up.
Plus she already tweeted a couple times about being on Isle of MTV which is in June and is a quite big event, most MTV's broadcast it so it's good exposure.
And she also tweeted this recently:

Diddy is somewhat influential so if we're lucky she'll be on some decent TV shows other than 106 & Park (which would still be better than nothing I guess lol). I mean he's almost every month on those late night talk shows so

and they have the most random acts there so

What's that Spring Bling? lol, the BET Awards are also in June but that's still a long while and I doubt she'll just perform there if the song's still flopping by then, unless it's to debut a new one.

Dont even start with this 106 & Park bs,she went there like a bilion times already geez.Diddy is influential,I want the same budget he puts on "Last train" for Cassie.She did Fuse,some radio interviews,mag shoots but we need more media attention on the music.We need a performance right?
Because people feel like the promotion is for her modeling career (see the Vogue interview).

Yup same. The LTTP promo was sort of flawless, they were everywhere that eventually even got a big hit with "Coming Home" while releasing all the other album tracks in the process.

And it's really just the performances that are missing, and places where it can get this song attention.

I thought the Kanye remix would get this more attention too... maybe it will help
