I wouldnt be surprised if we hear about a 1st single within a few months or sooner, we've been hearing about new music from her and producers for a couple months now.
All of Britney's albums slayed. And Blackout seemed like a fun dance/urban pop album, which it WAS. It had a lot of Danja productions on it so how you gonna diss it for sounding like "Danja's iPod on shuffle mode", that's just stupid. Get out of here with that nonsense.

I think Circus was a huge step back. It made her seem so outdated. It was all filler. Even the singles.
Womanizer and Circus were two of her best singles and those did not sound outdated at all. I agree some of the album tracks sound a little dated but there were a far share of them that did not.

I think it's a good set-up album for her NEXT album. She can come so much harder than that. I do love Circus though! IMO Circus, Womanizer, Unusual You are Britney classics. The filler on the album is GOOD filler, too.
Apart from Womanizer, Circus and If U Seek Amy I did not like Circus at all. I didn't like Blackout at all when it came out but in retrospect it's probably the better album. In The Zone, on the other hand, was a masterpiece and entirely new at the time, I hope she can do something like that again.
I wonder which producer she was recording with? Scott Storch maybe?
