Celine has a great voice, but that's about where her appeal ends in my opinion. She has technique issues when singing (she's often nasally and/or throaty) and her songs all sound like the same song done 1000x over. There's no variety in her singing, in the production, in the structure of the songs. She's boring, and I will never understand how she's sold even a fraction of the albums she's sold.

Soundgarden are often forgotten now, but this is one of the legendary rock albums of this day. Black Hole Sun was surprisingly a pop top 40 staple back in the day, and it went 5x Platinum.
