I have a question, and it might have been answered before, but I didn't see it. Is there a way to change it in your preferences or something so that Google won't keep making the malware notification pop up every time I open ATRL? If possible, I'd love to know if there's a way to do it so it only applies to ATRL, because I have AdBlock and I'm not going to download or install anything, but if there's another site that actually does have malware, I'd like to know about it.
Once the admins are able to remove the problem (the ads), they can petition Google for a review. Once the review is completed to Google's standards, they will remove the site off the blacklist and the site will not prompt these warnings we are getting right now.
