I hope she doesn't just blow off the People's Choice Awards. She was nominated for a few awards (including favorite female artist and favorite pop artist), and she could present something. It would be a good way to remind people she's still around.

i hope not. it's understandable why she didnt attend last year(and she won a lot of awards last year) i hope she doesnt or the PCAs will see her as an ingrate bitch and snub her forever. lol
