Thankfully for this era HWR is probably gonna promote her more because of the success of GYHAB and being on X Factor etc. I think she's gonna be their first priority this era but she has to ditch them after it

So you want her to go to a bigger label where she is low priority and gets no promo?? It's best if she just sticks with HWR since they only have Selena & Demi as their main artists.

She's not gonna be their first priority forever. HWR is NOT a good label and for Demi to truly reach her potential she needs to sign to a great label like Interscope that takes promo to another level and she gets to work with way better producers and can make better quality music

As long as she is top priority she should stay with them. How much more promo could Demi have had for GYHAB? She performed it like everywhere. If she was on Interscope she'd be lucky to get even half of that. You don't really need expensive well-known producers to make good music. For example Cheryl went to LA and chose unknown fresh producers with ambition so she could give them a chance, and it turned out being her best album.
Omg you guys have to stop with the perception that the more shows you're on and the more promo spots = better marketing. That's not the case! Good promotion is planning exactly when you're gonna release the album so the best possible times and the best time to release the singles in relation to the albums. Good promotion is to pick and choose the shows you're gonna perform on and when so it's the most efficient.
The fans made GYHAB succesful not HWR. By the large amount of requests the radio starting playing it and it was only when GYHAB started picking up on the radio that HWR decided to start promoting it. And it was WAS NOT GOOD PROMOTION and the reason is that it was messy and all over the place. The key to promoting is timing and target audience. Like for example they would never air a toy commercial during late night with jimmy fallon because it's mostly college aged kids watching. And you would never see a commercial for winter coats in July.
HWR saw the succes of GYHAB and put her on various different show they could get without much thought to it. An example: Demi didn't perform on teen choice awards, that would have had more effect than if you took away 5 of her other performances. Because 1. it was her target audience and 2. it was exactly the right timing. A good label would have taken that chance and for example Interscope would have been able to get that opportunity if the situation was that it was too hard to get her on the show for HWR.
tl;drYou guys have to stop thinking that the more show with the bigger audience means good promo. Good promo is timing and target audience. HWR is not a good label because they don't promote that way.

I'm a business major with marketing concentration so I totally understand what you're saying. HWR has actually inspired me to work for a record label and do PR type stuff (marketing) for artists.
I think If she has major success this era she should leave hwr. But If her success stays around the same she should stick around at hwr cause she will be top bitch their. If she goes to another major label she will be the last option instead of the first.
