Out of the limited selection of SNSD songs which sound good, none of them would sound good in English because it isn't 2009 anymore or, in the case of The Great Escape, should be left alone at risk of damaging the quality.
If SNSD are going to release an English album, it should be with Capitol. They managed to make Katy Perry, a moderately ugly, highly untalented, singularly uninteresting nobody into a massive single selling force and plus, from what Sky Ferria said about them, they sound just like SM so SNSD should have no problems settling into their rooster.
I am ready for those Dr. Luke, Max Martin, Stargate and Bloodshy&Avant bops!

I Got A Boy would sound good in English, but not with those horrible "Shiner On You" lyrics. SNSD are not violent British tramps (except for Hyoyeon), so SM would need to get some new lyrics.
SNSD can easily be a global girl group with an English album.
Just finished watching TVXQ's performance at Nissan Stadium. They were amazing Though they performed Survivor and I have to say it kinda sucked. Junsu and Jaejoong's vocals were the best part of that song, especially live, and Yunho just can't do it.
Meh, everything else was perfection though. Definitely buying the DVD when it drops.
