Grave Encounters is weirdly a decent watch. Nothing amazing, but I'd watch a second time.
The sequel is not worth the time, though.

I hope it doesn't hurt The Conjuring's sequel.
I did get a little spooked by that part, but we had already seen it. Unfortunately this is one of those movies where they showed all the decent parts in the commercial. Like Annabelle falling in front of the door, the girl turning to woman part and the cult attack.
There was just really no story to tell. And they think they slick calling the movie Annabelle when you saw her about 5 times and she did nothing worthy in any of those scenes.
