I literally wanted to leave. It was SO slow, like not the good kind of build-up slow. Just SLOW. Hell, it honestly felt like nothing happened the entire movie.

The elevator scene, I was hyped for since everyone pointed that out here. Sorry but It was so anti-climatic. And the demon was.

I felt no kind of tension like throughout The Conjuring, and as far as their attempted jump scares - the only one that got me was when the priest tried to enter the church and got kicked back. That was really unexpected, but that's because I was hoping he'd go in and some sh!t would really go down. The rest were cardboard, and basically rehashed what Wan already did in Insidious/Conjuring (curtains, people running, walking in one room-appearing in another, etc.)

Oh well, they got my $11. No need to rant.

LMFAO. Just how they said it borrows little parts from all the horror movies released in the past years. Sad because it had so much potential and the fact it was a hit in the box office proves it was hyped to the heavens and people thought it'd be good. The scariest part when the little girl was running and randomly she was the satanic lady

That scene was ridiculous Though to be fair, Julianne's take on Margaret is the only thing I liked about that movie overall. So much for being closer to the book, it was like watching the original all over again.

Plus, I just can't buy the stunning supermodel Chloe Moretz as the most hated girl in school. Especially since she wasn't super awkward & kept standing up to her mom (Like, why was she still letting her mom dress her? She clearly had no issue standing up to her)

I'm watching The return of the living dead. This interrogation part is messed up
