I know I'm late here, but Gaga's team did the exact same thing when they released You and I. Aside from the bonus tracks on Born This Way, it was dead last as well. Not to mention, the fans HATED the song with a passion and still do.
Fan chosen singles don't do well anyway (Criminal, CKB), so these polls just shouldn't be held.
