What i really need is a proper way to complete the region dex. For me it was borderline absurd the way they handled last gen's, the buneary/skitty fiasco and the fact that we didn't see the starter's forms that was weak to yours. Like I picked an Oshawott and then there was no in-game way to see Tepig and Emboar, only trading for a Pignite on GTS. Granted that that isn't needed to ''complete'' the game but idk it felt weird to me, like sth was done wrong lol.

that's not the case for B2 anymore though, Cheren is already a gym leader and Bianca is an assistant, so you only get 1 rival who has the starter that is strong against yours

any solutions you guys came across? It's driving me nuts, that generation is my fave and I'm forced to replay Pokémon Crystal if I wanna relive the fun

No it needs a new strong physical fire move. I mean Flare Blitz wwould cripple it with that base HP and it should get something to boost its speed because otherwise it will remain useless
