It has nothing to do with Gaga's choices. Just like with Dada and Nicola, Fernando didn't want to commit to another era of having to constantly travel just to record music with her. She's incredibly haphazard and inconsistent when it comes to where she's at and that's incredibly difficult to keep up with. Fernando simply wanted to be able to work with other artists instead of being tied down from having to follow Gaga around.

But her issues have nothing to do with budget????? In fact, reducing her budget is why the artRAVE isn't as elaborate as it could have been and why the era in and of itself was very "basic". She needs an increased budget and people around her who know how to manage said budget (which she has now).
