Cheek To Cheek was a pretty big hit in sales to be quite honest.

For an album with 0 radio airplay, 0 official music videos and a few TV performances (only the GRAMMYs one being at a major award show), selling over 720,000 copies after the massive backlash of the ARTPOP era is absolutely amazing.

To be quite honest, after how bad the ARTPOP era went, I expected C2C to end up selling 200-300k. With its recurrent sales and ability to get big sales spikes during holidays and to outdo Gaga's entire catalog whenever she gets into the public eye, I believe this record stands a chance to top 1 million in the long run to be quite honest. Amazing

C2C was a massive success in it's lane, and haters still take a chance to try to put it down. Not when it sold more actual digital and physical copies than your fave's pop/rap album did.

I feel like it will actually be more remembered than ARTPOP in the long run, just because it was the first time she showcased her real vocal abilities on an album to the GeePee and it will definitely continue to sell during the holiday season every year.

Yes, I was surprised by that win. It was nice to finally see a move from 5 to 6. Since Born This Way was literally robbed at Grammy awards. I feel like if Adele didn't happen that year, it would be Gaga's night. But unfortunately she wasn't lucky.

What's up with Gaga and Billboard awards, she had many nominations but she has only 7 wins and I don't think she ever attended the show. I see all these others winning. I mean I personally don't take this award show too seriously, it's like, here is the award for your single going #1 no matter if it's a generic trash or no, but still. I don't understand why she never performed there. (the actual show, not the woman of the year thing)
