The peak doesn't matter if you can't cross the 1M mark, let's say it sells 600-700k... it will remain a flop.

I don't dislike Katy Perry but she's got it REAL easy The sales of the song are bad and the streams too but because of radio's support the song managed to go #17. I just wish my faves had that support so you guys should STOP complaining
