He's an electronic musician. He's pretty good, but not very pop, most of his tracks are instrumental and his more current stuff is more atmospheric.
"Where Were You in 92?" it's supposed to be a throwback to UK rave (something I don't know much about) but I hear dubstep more. It's a fun album. I'd say check it out.
And, I should have ranked 20 Dollar higher...
