Yes people live in Kansas.
Well it's mostly land with a few major cities the further west you go in Kansas. Most of the cities are in eastern Kansas near Missouri & Nebraska. Everywhere else is just farm land and just land period.

Just go outside the city and you will see a bunch of farming, but yes mostly LAND
