#1 singles in the USA doesn't give you a legendary status; plus she has zero #1 albums there. It's all about the impact and the legacy you have. So, I don't understand your point. I don't understand why Rihanna's fanbase is so obsessed about Carey's #1 hits in the USA either.
So, for Rihanna I will say future hasbeen because I didn't see anything great about her, so far (apart from her 11 U.S. #1 singles).
