I'm glad that the two of you have made it this far. In order for you to make it to the finale you need to have the urge to win. You have to give your 100% in every challenge. You have to show that you've got what it takes to be the first winner of PopulATRLity. And, I admire the fierceness that the two of you have shown. You both deserve to be there because you have the qualities that this competition has been looking for. You showed everyone that no matter how hard the challenges are, you can do it because you believe in yourself.
Nait Phoenix -
Thread #1 - What's so nice about this thread is that you give credits to those producers who you think are the best.
Thread #2 - It's a nice idea. I just wished that it got more replies because I find it interesting to know what the other members likes/dislikes about different artists.
Thread #3 -
Thread #4 - This is a great idea!
Thread #5 - Gread idea. I'm not sure if this was done before but I give you a thumbs
up for this one!
Overall, I love how you present all your threads. Pictures, videos, thoughts, emphasis --- you got it all! My only concern is, you only stayed in one section. I just wished that you used the different sections.
You've clearly stated what you are really into and what you really want for this forum. You've been a great member and a great addition to the site because of your view on different things, discussions and situations. And throughout this competition, I see how dedicated you are. You've been a great/fierce competitor and you stayed true to yourself. And, I'm so glad that you made it this far. You clearly deserve this! Good luck!
Doc -
Thread #1 - I love how you present it but I don't find it that much (appealing?) I guess.
Thread #2 - It might not be about music but I give you thumbs up for this. You get to know what the others want in life. It's pretty interesting.
Thread #3 -
Thread #4 - Rihanna's twitter slang ---- it's interesting.
Thread #5 - This is informative and we know who Kim is and everyone seems to know what's up with her. I felt bad for her though.
Overall, some of it may not be appealing to me, I find your other threads informative and interesting. I'm glad that you made use of the other sections of ATRL as well.
You've been consistent, you've tried the best you could do which led you to have the "Queen B" title. You're confident with yourself and the way you interact with others. I really feel that you have what it takes to win. I feel that you have the urge to win. I wasn't surprised that you made it this far. You've been doing a great job every challenge and you clearly deserve where you are now in this competition! Good luck!

Discussion: Definition of Epic Producers It’s a nice thread for a little discussion on producers. It brings back flashbacks to some good songs from the younger years. Overall it wasn’t that successful though, you can tell you were trying to keep it alive. 26 Replies, 439 Views.
Discussion: I WANNA GET INTO… [insert artist’s name]! Eh, okay thread. It’s pretty much basically a broader range thread for those single threads that go “Get into *this song* *this artist*. Not that original thread unfortunately. 18 Replies, 345 Views.
Poll: Worst name for an album? Now this a thread that works! Yes it had the potential to be major flamebait, by some of the posts it was, but that wasn’t your intention and it was the members own fault. Honestly I don’t agree with some of the warns (I hope I wasn’t one of them) because it was a perfect set up for opinions. Obviously the obvious trolls will go out of the way. I’m rambling, I like this thread! 112 Replies, 2,555 Views.
Poll: Can R&B make a comeback? A nice general discussion that brings together ATRL to discuss the disappearance of a once dominant force in the music industry. Another nice thread. 53 Replies, 1,004 Views.
Discussion: Albums the general public slept on Another nice thread! I like this one more than the “I WANNA GET INTO” but it still lacks that originality. I love how the thread is to help introduce ATRL to many underrated albums, but it feels like it has been done so many times before. Though, new generation equals new opinions. 60 Replies, 1,100 Views.
About Nait Phoenix: First off, you get bonus points from me for using my wife as a quote lol. I didn’t read your entry on why you should win before looking at the threads because I just wanted to base my first opinions on the thread. Words can be convincing lol. I now understand why all your threads were about music discussion, and I like how you want to keep the main idea of ATRL intact and pure with plain, fun, playful, music discussions. The threads have shown a bit of your diversity, but I don’t know if you showed a lot of it since by your threads that seemed to be your focus.
Doc:
Poll: Can Rihanna Act? Her ‘Battleship’ Trailer Explained Dude, the navy wanted your blood for that thread. I read it and found it extremely funny. It was the perfect thread for Rihanna bashers to go in and the thread was ultimately reporter. Luckily for you it was clear, and the thread lived on. 45 Replies, 1,255 Views.
Discussion: What are your life goals? A nice thread for general discussion out of the norm of ATRL. Thought I feel like it has been done before, I think Foxaylove made a thread a little similar to it. I guess it’s always nice to have a reminder that it’s good to have goals lol. 95 Replies, 1,254 Views.
Music News: R. Kelly brings back “Trapped in the Closet” series Yes it’s music news, but it’s R.Kelly’s Trapped in the Closet. It should stay in the closet and forever not see the light of day ever again. I feel like this music news could have been avoided. 19 Replies, 336 Views.
Discussion: Rihanna’s Twitter slang Funny thread indeed, but reminds me every Rihanna thread the Navy makes when she makes a tweet saying “I’m breathing”. All the other tweet threads could easily just be merged together probably be in yours and no more discussion would probably exist. 70 Replies, 1,663 Views.
Celeb News: Kim Kardashian assaulted with flour on red carpet Ah I love this thread. It’s so simple and just a regular news story but it came out so hilarious. La Coacha deserves her on Base thread. 219 Replies, 6,377 Views.
About Doc: You are an all-around great guy and have really opened yourself to pretty much everybody on the forum. Your fun, nice, witty, and everybody loves you. Your threads you made for the competition have shown how active you are on ATRL and how your into a bit of everything. You made threads in the most important parts of ATRL. My only concern about you is that you are already popular among ATRL. If you win it’s basically confirming that yeah you are popular, so was that far to the others who were competing even though most dropped out?

1. You could've made this into a big thread with everyone talking about the producers but you just stated that they were the big producers, it could've been a huge thread but you just didn't continue the discussion, you could've talked about others producers, why they're not huge as The Neptunes but you forgot your thread
2. Another thread that could've been huge but you didn't continue the discussion and forgot about it.
3. That was the perfect troll thread and The Shanertance isn't the name the album of Usher The OP was pretty empty
4. In this thread you finally continued the conversation but it wasn't creative
5. Another #1 thread with the wrong promotion, maybe in a bad time?
Doc
1.The OP was little bit too much, we know that ATRL isn't for paragraphs but it wasn't that popular and it's a Rihanna thread but again, it's the big OP
2. I love these type of threads, they've been made before here but we always need them because talking all the day about music is gonna drive us crazy. I know that I'm your mentor and I'm sorry that I didn't participate
3. I don't find this thread creative or popular, it was just to add something, right? Honestly it was a huge mistake to make this one, i don't even know how is R. Kelly
4. Another Rihanna thread but this was popular, it could've been huge if you involved all the pop artists, but it could also been a big fight thread. and now that I'm seeing the comments it was pretty funny but it wasn't creative
5. Now this is a popular thread, everyone loves to hate her and this is the best part of ATRL, isn't all about music, everyone making fun of her and you took it really good, you stan for her and it everyone was making fun of Bieber or 1D I wouldn't handle it like you did.

Nait Phoenix:
1. Discussion: Definition of Epic Producers [3/18] - it was ambitious, but it wasn't particularly well-executed. you posed an interesting question, but didn't provide much opportunity for engagement, as made clear by the most recent post being from the 19th.
2. Discussion: I WANNA GET INTO… [insert artist’s name]! [3/22] - like your first thread, this was an interesting idea, and it had the potential to take off if maybe someone had started a stan war inside the thread... additionally, it was another thread in which people can answer with one word then be done with the thread. what was to keep them coming back?
3. Poll: Worst name for an album? [3/22] - this one got to 6 pages, so i'm proud of you for that. not quite the best thread execution ever, but it took off to an extent. props.
4. Poll: Can R&B make a comeback? [3/23] - this was your most ambitious thread and my personal favorite. it only got to 3 pages, and i think it could have been bigger if you'd have kept with it more, but it was a solid question. perhaps it'd have been better off as a discussion and not a poll, though?
5. Discussion: Albums the general public slept on [3/24] - poor bran bran. human slays lives! a good discussion topic, but it's been done before many times.
yes, you're definitely a quality member. katie knows what she's talking about. you didn't get to the final 2 for no reason.
Doc:
1. Poll: Can Rihanna Act? Her ‘Battleship’ Trailer Explained [3/18] - well-executed idea. it didn't fully take off though.
2. Discussion: What are your life goals? [3/19] - a nice reflective thread topic. i think it's been done a lot in the past, though. still, you know people love talking about themselves and you went for something that would allow them to do that. nice.
3. Music News: R. Kelly brings back “Trapped in the Closet” series [3/21] - great showing of diversity by not just sticking to the discussion and polls threads.
4. Discussion: Rihanna’s Twitter slang [3/21] - this has been discussed MANY times on atrl so i'm not sure it was needed again, but people love discussing it so good on you for tapping in to the trends on atrl.
5. Celeb News: Kim Kardashian assaulted with flour on red carpet [3/22] - you're lucky this happened in the midst of the challenge. great way to keep up with the industry.
Why I Should Win PopulATRLity
indentI feel that I deserve to win PopulATRLity. There has been no challenge into which I have not put my all. There have been challenges that have been ouside my comfort zone, such as the fashion challenge and the Pokémon challenge, but still I pulled through and tried to put out a quality entry. Because of my hard work, I have been "Queen B" consistently.

Aside from my work in the competition, I also feel I should win PopulATRLity because I'm an active member — active enough to even get a smiley ()! Not only do I interact with 3 very different fanbases regularly (the Beyhive, the Lambs, and the Barbz), I also interact with everyone from new members, to "The Irrelevants", "Teh Clique", and the mods. No matter who I'm talking to on ATRL, I am always myself, and that's why I feel I should win PopulATRLity.
very nice, for sure. will this be enough to win you the crown?
you've read the comments, you've seen the votes... so who will claim the crown??? the winner, and the judges' votes, will be revealed below...
[keep going]
and the winner is....
[just a little further...]
DOC!!!!!!!!
Doc, your consistency and strength as a competitor is ultimately what snagged you the title! Amazing work! Here are some final words from the judges concerning how the voting went down...

Ultimately my decision was based off the quality of the threads and Doc showed more variety and a bit more originality with them.
Nait, you are an incredible member as it is and I love that you want to keep ATRL about the music which it’s ultimately all about. You are a popular member in your own right. Can’t wait to see you around ATRL and hopefully get to know you more!

Nait, i was your mentor and supported you through the entire competition. there is nothing i'd have had you do differently as i feel you gave it your all, and that's what got you to the finale! in the end, my vote has to go to who i felt performed more strongly throughout the entire competition, and i think Doc deserves that title (and i believe you'd agree). you both competed your asses off and it was a pleasure having you both in the competition! i look forward to seeing you both continue to do great things for this site!
and there you have it everybody... the debut season of populATRLity has come to a close. it was a dramatic roller coaster of a season, but we made it! i'd like to thank everyone who helped keep this season running! when one chapter closes, another opens... see you around!
So I read DvnR's wallpost congratulating me on coming in 2nd before I came in here, so while I slowly scrolled down reading everything, there was this strong omnious feeling in the air. My reaction when I finally got down to the end:
I don't really know what to say, I'm really bad with these things. But wow, I'm SO glad to find out that I won! This was my first game experience, and I had a BLAST playing it. I came in not really knowing what to expect, and every challenge pushed me to work hard, so I'm so happy that it all paid off!
To the judges, thank you for your comments, especially your final ones — I really appreciate them. And to Julian, thank you for hosting such a fun competition! I can't wait to watch what season 2 brings!

I would also like to dedicate a post solely to my judge, Regina George. She deserves nothing less. Throughout this whole competition, she's been there for me whenever I needed help. She's pushed me like no one else has. There's been times when she's frustrated me, and at times even pissed me off by shooting down all my drafts, but she did it because she cares and she wanted me to do my best, and winning the crown just proves that. I'm so happy to have had a mentor like Regina George, and because of this competition, I've made a new, real friend .
Congratulations Doc! I'm happy this game was still able to thrive even with all the ******** I know Julian had to go through. so also congratulations to Julian.
DOCTOR MY GOOD BROTHAH You're actually capable of succeeding at something.
