Litwick is actually an adorable Pokemon and its not that much of a weird Pokemon, I mean its part Ghost and chandeliers fit well with the whole haunted house thing.
Lets not begin to talk about what ever that depressed snowflake was though
I think them using inanimate objects instead of real-life animals as inspiration for new Pokemon is saying something... They were clearly running out of ideas and creativity last generation.
I really hope we don't see curtains as flying Pokemon or even watermelons as water/ground-type Pokemon
Significantly less disappointing than I was expecting. I might actually be open to this change, even though I think it came a bit earlier than I'd have liked and it's yet another endless pile of Pokemon (seriously, when they get to 800 that is enough ). As a lifelong fan I'm excited to see this new st - it looks far more promising than B&W did, and I ended up loving them. However, it's extremely disappointing we didn't get to go to Hoenn again yet.

Not sure how I feel about this.....
I like the whole gameplay/battle aspect of this but....a new generation? NO MA'AM.
I think the limit for volume of Pokemon is finally being approached. Eventually it's going to become too diverse; there's only so many stat spreads they can do, and only so many logical things to base new Pokemon on.
However, I love the design of the two presumably-legendary Pokemon we got to see!

I think inanimate objects only work with Ghost types, because at least it makes some sense, having a random as Garbage Pokemon or a scary ass flying depressed Snowflake, followed by Ice Cream is just lazy
