Am I the only one who thinks Zachary Quinto is going to turn out to be the most evil of them all? Something about his character isn't sitting right with me at all, and if I had to bet money on it, I'd guess he's the real Bloody Face. .

I think he made up the story about visiting Lana's house to get the picture of her girlfriend; he had the photo from murdering her. He only wants to get her out to kill her.

I just started watching Episode 3, Sister Mary Eunice and her complete 360 change in personality.
Aliens, demonic possession, unknown cryptids, serial killer and other issues intertwined this season. This is gonna be a hell of a rollercoaster ride.

Really? I've never gotten the feeling that he is an evil character. Of course he isn't all good, but i don't feel like he's blood face.

For me the reason he went to Lana's girlfriend's home was basically because Lana was worried about her. Since they become "friends" he pretty much wanted to help Lana out by going to talk to Lana's girlfriend.

After the 4th episode, you know there are something strange and twisted about him. And the promo of next week episode also indicates about that.



From the clips we have seen in the promo, Lana seems to be killed possibly by Zachary Quinto

On the other hand, I feel Sister Jude/Jessica Lange's characteristic is also shifting. She is starting to see through the veil.

I definitely think you're on to something with Zach's character.

I was surprised by how he was suggesting Lana actually face treatment to be 'cured' and leave. I expected him to make a deal with her to fake it considering how sympathetic he was acting.

He is also in prime position to exploit Kit. I'm unsure whether the aliens will turn out to be literally true or not, but he was very keen to force Kit to confess and fill him with motive/explanation for the murders. He doesn't seem to want to send Kit to the chair, rather keep him locked up and alive...which we're led to believe is because he's compassionate but that's far too straight forward for this show.

Regardless, if a character is presented as 'the good guy' but we don't know anything about them...I'd question it because that's just begging for a plot twist. We've seen that enough already.

It seems logical that Bloody Face would be a character they have already introduced. Otherwise there's not a whole lot of plot there if/when Kit turns out to be innocent. They have to explain who it actually was, and some random person wouldn't be as dramatic.

I thought Blood Face would be revealed on episode 5.

It makes sense. Zach manages to break Lana out, then kills her and he's revealed as the blood face

I think they're talking about the doctor.

The implication was there in this episode when the detectives were pointing out how unlikely it was that Kit had the technical skill to pull off the murders, whilst the doctor would have.

I think they're trying to keep us off the scent. Especially with the revelation of him potentially being a Nazi.
