Also to note that radio won't really start getting on board until about a week or two with the impact date being June 29th. So expect first plays etc this week/next week and then proper play the weeks following.

Leona was at BBC Radio 1 earlier today again but there to do a newsbeat interview!

Also to note that Leona will back at BBC Radio 1 June 2nd with Nick Grimshaw. I'm sure Leona will visit the likes of Capital FM & Heart as her radio tour is still ongoing I believe.

Another thing to mention is that the John Bishop Variety Show has started recording now and the first show is out 30th May BBC 1. So the June 6th and June 13th shows would be perfect dates for her performance there to air on to promote the song.

The radio isn't meant to start playing it non stop now. The release date is June 29th and she has another radio tour in June. This is simply a build up to get her in public eye.

No they usually start playing songs around 4 weeks before the impact date. So this week/next week will be mainly first spins for stations then the following weeks will be when radio starts to really play the song.

I disagree. Now more than ever she's an Adult Contemporary artist with Pop leanings. Radio 2 has the country's biggest audience impressions and their support will be great for the album, it makes sense for her to give them the exclusive as she's pushing 30 to. She doesn't need Capital if Heart get on board.

Good! Capital FM support will be needed to make this smash. I still do think it can go top ten without their support but longevity is unlikely.

Adele, Ella and Emeli Sande all had support from Capital FM and they all had 'Pop leanings'. Rebecca Ferguson had support from Radio 2 but her album didn't fair as well, unfortunately.
