I am concerned with them adding to the chorus of deeply, disturbingly misguided Bernie supporters who demonize and vilify Hillary Clinton and party officials like Debbie Wasserman Schultz. The less of these voices we have, the better.

And we need that support. The problem is that he's still running now, and they are basically leading the charge to the convention with him. They are the (weak) media head of this movement to not only keep him in until the convention but to even challenge that convention. They can't succeed, they don't matter as far as the technicality of the nomination after Tuesday - but we need their supporters.

Someone so careful and calculating as her would have a hard time rationalizing an older female as VP when you have an older female at the top of a ticket. No you wouldn't, not at all. You need one more vote than the other candidate to win a state's popular vote and, in all but two states, all its electoral votes. You win those eleven states by one and lose by 100% in all the rest and you win the Presidency.
