It's cute, I guess. It seems like it has an interesting concept behind it... I just can't help but feel it's design is uninspired? Klink + Diancie + A Pokeball. :/

It's obviously a mythical Pokemon - considering it's "man made" & "500" years old. Typing wise - I'd say steel is a given.
