It was at a million last October, and that was before the rerelease so it must be right on the edge of 4x Platinum (1,200,000) by now... They might just be slow at certifying it.
Relative to the US, that's between 6 Million - 7.2 Million. Shows how local she is; she sells a much, much better ratio of albums to the UK than the US.
