She clearly is taking a British approach to the album and may I say, about ****ing time. Britain supports pop music as much as any other country and Americans pretty much laugh at people doing well in the UK. They forget the talent that has come outta there.
Anyways. British producer, well Scottish, British location, well Irish, British premiere for WFL and the album will be the same. Maybe she will do American promo next year.

I don't mind the album being promoted in the UK, and having a European influence. Clearly, it's working well and it is continuing her streak of bringing something new (for her anyway) with each album. It's refreshing. But as it stands, the U.S. is the biggest music market in the world. She can promote in the UK the debut week, but she needs to promote the album before, during the week, and a little bit after the album comes out because it's hard to resurrect an album on the US charts after it's fallen down after it's release. Unless she plans on rereleasing it...
She at least needs magazines, the American Music Awards, GMA, and David Letterman like she normally does. But she needs to sell more albums than before she may have to step up some other way. It's messy, but as long as the music is good I guess I will be happy.
