All those hardcore, "famous" monsters are embarrassing and obsessed with Gaga. Like it's cute to come on here and be like "yay Gaga!" but it's a whole 'nother thing to devote your life (literally) to her.
I'd also like to bring attention to the forgotten flawless Born This Way gem that is "Bad Kids". I remember that was the song that I really started loving because of the Born This Way Ball performance of it. It was so spirited - and I loved how she really made a big deal out of the "do we give a f--k?!?!" and everyone being like no! I was genuinely inspired.
"Don't be insecure if your heart is pure,
You're still good to me if you're a bad kid, baby."
We don't care what people say - we know the truth! Enough is enough of this *********! I am NOT a freak, I was BORN with my free gun! Don't tell me I'm less than my freedom!
I actually like Radio ARTPOP, and although I can agree that the episodes with snippets were a complete and utter mess, before and after that month or so, they were/are a great show for Gaga fans. Don't bash them too hard.

The fact that albums like PRISM and BEYONCE have only sold around 1m more copies than ARTPOP and are considered successes while ARTPOP is considered a flop, is hilarious to me.

Right? RIGHT???
I mean I'll give Beyoncé that it actually had an impact but the other..

I've been saying this but the state of music right is in complete shambles. I think the only way you can truly be smashing this era.. is through streaming. Goddamn, Gaga used to be the Queen of that too. Applause did really good with streaming, so we will see how her next mainstream era will do on that front (does this mean Taylor Swift is the new Queen of Pop? Hm...).
Can Little Monsters start buying her products again instead of making us ATRLers do all the work? I've already gifted Artpop twice and am buying C2C for a few friends.

But the thing is, for all the hype BEYONCE had, its sales are disastrous. And for the hits PRISM had, its sales are disastrous. It just goes to show Gaga still is up there with everyone else since the expectations for her are still way higher than even Beyonce.

Streaming = video views and Spotify, right? When was she the Queen of streaming?

When Bad Romance was the highest viewed video of all time and she had more views than any other artist. Vevo had to go and **** everything up!
Anyways, no shade, but it is kinda a kii that Applause outsold Drunk in Love.

Can you imagine if views counted towards the chart when 'Bad Romance' was out? It would've stayed number one for weeks and weeks.
No shade intended, but Beyonce isn't as big as her PR team makes her out to be. She struggles to get a hit song most of the time but her team covers it up with 40 articles about how perfect she is.

Didn't Marry The Night hold the record for most views in a day or a week or something? It could have debuted at #1.
Paparazzi could have gone #1, Telephone could have gone #1, sigh, this isn't good to think about. Oh well, at least she is living proof that you don't need #1 hits for a song to be remembered.

Bey has always been such a larger celebrity than a musician (aside from touring, as we can see by her latest receipts). I've always found her universal love and cult like worship from the media odd since she never had too many hits (no shade though because I do love her and own a few of her albums).
I hope Gaga does a feature (or collaboration) on a song while she is doing Cheek to Cheek. While C2C will be perfect stocking stuffers for the holidays, she needs to keep herself relevant in the market. Who do you think she could work with?

T.I. said in June he is pushing for Gaga to feature on his track New National Anthem for his album this year ... That urban / pop crossover smash is coming alongside CTC's acclaim.
