If we're talking "global", Be Alright is probably the most global sounding song of the era. Japan and the UK would eat up Be Alright, they love house music. It's appealing to all ages, is the perfect length for radio, and being that the world has had so many tragedies this year, the GP would love the feel good message of the song.
She could always have an international single and a US only single (Everyday). Haven't artists done that before?
Into You has that Euro dance pop sound and it still isn't a global smash, so Ariana needs a huge hit this era even if it ends up being local. Everyday would accumulate a lot of global sales just from smashing in the US and Canada even if it flops everywhere else.

Doesn't one single always pull through instead of the other in those cases?

Greedy could also be a huge smash if she plays her cards right. Everyday won't smash and Sometimes as well, they're great album tracks but that's all, not single worthy at all
I don't know what we all did in our past lives to deserve this album but we all must have been saints. Literally EVERY song bops. Best album of 2016 hands down for me.
"Be Alright" really shouldn't be released unless she goes with a souped up version as a single with a bridge and ad libs. I like "Everyday" and I think it would stand out on radio with the blaring synths but idk, it's pretty sexual so it might be polarizing in that regard.
But anyway, the next single is probably gonna be "Side to Side". It's an alright song and having Nicki on the track should help to generate interest but I don't see it being a huge hit.
From the other choices: I feel like "Greedy" isn't talked about enough. I don't think it's great but it was Top 10 in that discography rate and it seems like the type of song moms/kids would like, idk. I love "Sometimes" but I feel like to most people, it's just a chill album track and nothing more. "Touch It" wouldn't work as a single imo; the chorus is kinda long and needs time to grow on you.
I'm fine with Side To Side being the third single because it definitely has global potential and it has a reggae sound that's perfect for the warmer months. Everyday NEEDS to be fourth though - even if Europe isn't here for it. If Everyday smashes in the states, maybe her album can sell better there. Greedy can be fifth just because I want to say "I told you so" to you Greedy stans when it flops. If Focus wasn't a hit, I have no idea why you people think Greedy will do any better. Be Alright has no chance of being a single. It was already a promo single, the production is too thin, and it doesn't knock without those ad libs.
I just don't see it for Everyday. I wouldn't have a problem with her releasing the song to Urban/Rhythmic after the main singles are said and done, but anything more than that would be a waste of time and money.
Side to Side should be next, followed by Be Alright or Greedy. I'd love to hear BA on the radio.
