Yeah, but then usually that's when you see the people outside the venue selling them at face value or lower so they don't lose out on making money. A majority of the good seats will have people in them, its usually the nosebleeds or sideviews that scalpers outside the venue are trying to sell the day of the concert.

Yep! As long as the ticket is bought from Ticketmaster originally then what happens after that, whether a person is sitting there or not doesn't matter.
