I find them quite easy to obtain if you have multiple 4th generation games and two DSes

As far as I know, you can get the original stones in Johto, but Light, Dusk etc. after the E4, which makes sense, because in the original G/S you couldn't get a Togekiss

Pretty much. Bug type is one of my favourites, they better retype Masquerain to Bug/Water while they're at it

Since I had all the pokemon, I decided I would release all the ones I had gotten over GTS and just make eggs and train them all myself so I could kill time.

After the 140-some pokemon, I'm left with 5 to go:
Lucario, Espeon, Umbreon, Blissey, and Swoobat.

Can I just say I HATE having to evolve pokemon with friendship, it takes way too long :/

Also just finished catching all 28 Unown on my Diamond, I'll trade them over once I get another DS from someone.
