Gaga doesn't need to go back to her old team. They helped make their magic then, it's time for new faces. In the same way that just chucking RedOne at her now isn't going to recreate The Fame (Monster).

Where she slips up is that she opts for friends over people who are better qualified through experience. We're seeing some cool ideas here and there, but they're not best executed because the most qualified person is a 28 year old head-in-the-clouds diva. It's less about the creativity and more about the follow through.

Ideally, she'd hire an experienced new creative director who'd nurture her vision, edit her concepts and generally create a dialogue...but she can probably manage with her current team as long as she works with experienced directors when it comes to the videos. I feel she's underestimating the art of direction - simply being in charge of the production is not the point, their skill is in story telling, effective execution and conceptual vision. Not everyone can do it well. She's competent, but needs support. If she's not willing to let go, she can co-direct with experienced directors.

Everyone listen to Sinead O'Connor's new album (specifically "Take Me To Church" and "Your Green Jacket") If Gaga is not willing to work with RedOne for the next album, then that's the kind of direction I want her to go in. I could see her being very successful with it

No matter what you guys say I still believe that wtih RedOne she can create amazing music. I still cant figure it out WHY did she replace RedOne with kids like Zedd and Madeon. Why fix something that works perfectly fine? First it started with her team. I dont know why she broke up with Dada . I know that there were some conflicts with Boomkack tho. I still dont know why she refuses to work with professional video directors. We know that she wants to be a part of everything. Its just that you cant do everything on your own. Use people who have experience and know how to make things good. Sometimes everyone needs help to be better.

I think she didn't work with Nadir this time round because that wasn't the sound she was going for. She was going for a club/EDM style and RedOne doesn't do that sort of thing. She obviously will work with him again (at least I hope)

I'd be fine with her working with RedOne if he could demonstrate more versatility.

His most recent Gaga songs are Gypsy, Hair and Judas. Good, but not stellar. Combine that with his last hit being, what, Starships back in 2012? Not filled with confidence that he's the best help-to-get-hits producer around that fans seem to think he is.

Yeah, RedOne sent her some beats and instrumentals but she didn't use them and they never got the chance to physically meet and work together. So I don't think she's tossed him to the curb like she did Fernando, Fusari, etc. I definitely think there's a strong chance they'll work together again.
