Whether she did or not, Radley staff thought she killed Marion. How on earth was she allowed out on passes to go to classes and leave at night? She was diagnosed with some sort of explosive disorder. She was clearly a danger to others, but hey, lets let her walk around town and go to school. That seems like a sound plan!
If Cece was allowed out to go to Charles funeral but was then taken back... how the **** did Mrs. D explain that? "Oh no Eddie Lamb, this is my OTHER DAUGHTER" who is crazy. I know she looks exactly like the trans kid that left here this morning, but totes different".

Why did Shower, someone who never met the ****ing girls suddenly decide to murder people and dress up and stalk them? Actually, why did Cece? If all she wanted was her family, why did she torture a bunch of girls she never met?
How did she open a store if she was in Radley? I mean, you can't just rent store space without any kind of background check.

CeCe told the police that Alison was alive SO she could get out of police custody. It's heavily implied that there was some sort of deal made between Holbrook and CeCe in 4x24 to incriminate Spencer.

Jenna had to have known something about CeCe because it was heavily implied as well during S3 'The Kahn Game' when the two exchanged dirty looks during that game of Truth.

Jenna saw CeCe that night Emily was drugged and Jenna was protecting CeCe. But then Nigel spilled the beans that CeCe ordered that plane to the Lodge in 3x24 and CeCe went after Jenna because she blamed her for him snitching. That's the only thing that makes sense, not Jenna knowing Alison was alive...
