I disagree. She had some backlash the past weeks but overall people like her, she has been getting so many more twitter followers since she's on Tv and people that didn't know who she was got to know her. Plus, if she wanted to promote new music on the show that'd be a very good move, but apparently it's not happening.

this. It still gave her a lot more exposure and working with Simon, Britney & LA could help her career. She gets to appear on many talk shows because of xf & we should actually be happy she got this job instead of complaining all the time I mean this is all still so surreal remember when we just found out about her being a judge?

It's actually a nice time to release a single, most songs will get big updates in the second week of January.
