She wasn't bound to perform at the first place (Kanye didn't perform one song when he got that award), so yes she is performing but nothing says that it will be a medley of her hits or a 15 mn performance.
She could do one song to promote and that's all. Specially since she doesn't have that much of time to rehearse.
The only reason I think it might be "big" is because they were looking for dancers... I'd imagine extra people for the performance besides her tour group. But idk.
Imagine if she did her AWT set-up it's in Madison Sqaure Garden so that could work. Start in the audience, get on the bridge, foam for the ending
Kanye didn't perform because he opted out. Just like Britney did, but the vanguard winners do get a longer set than the regular performers of the night.
Might not be 15 mins but she's def doing more than 1 song.

I would love her to focus on Anti at the VMAs. I wouldn't even mind if she used the tour stuff there. Just imagine guys:
Work on the main stage -> Woo/Sex With Me on the bridge -> Kiss It Better and Love on the Brain on the main stage again with foam.
Recreating the tour seems like the most logic thing to do. The spotlight is on her and I want her to nail it.
- Hope her red carpet look is better than the BBMAs tho.
I have to say I wasn't a big fan of this look at the time, but it photographed beautifully, especially the hair and makeup I love when the press uses photos of her in the audience that night
