The new leaf update is cute, but it panders a lot to the amiibo collectors which I'm not. It confuses me on how much stuff you won't be able to do if you don't have the amiibo cards or figures because didn't the developers say they would never make paid DLC? Amiibo seem to be just a physical medium for paid DLC...idk maybe I'm not seeing it correctly...

Can't wait for Animal Crossing Switch though!
