You have to do it in the editor where it says release types, so having to start a new game.

I downloaded the update and unzipped the .exe yet when I double click on it it jsut opens up this sort of black window, how do I fix this?

What did you unzip it with? RAR or?

You need to get the .exe file and put it in the Computer/OSC/CodeforJustice/MWE/ folder.

I have 1.02x and when I try to create a New Game I get a window telling me it's gonna update the data or something, and when it's done and I try again it just does the same. What can I do?

I'm not sure. I just push "close" when the window is done and then I can easily start a new game, though it won't actually let me start it....

Did you install the RL mod?

Oh yeah, guys you're gonna have to got into the editor and edit the labels' reputation back one by one if you have the RL mod. A bug in 1.02 set all the countries to 0%.
