You guys are missing it. Mona thought she hit Alisson and hen later that night saw Alisson drugged up and figures "Ugh didn't I kill this bitch? Let's just make her run away forever". Then on the news she sees that some other girl was buried again which leaves her confused cuz from her point of view, she hit Alisson, Alisson survived and she sent Alisson away.
Fast forward to lay night, she sees Cece admit to hitting Alisson which makes Mona realize that the person she hit must not have been Alisson after all,but Bethany. There were plot holes in the show but this wasn't one of them.
How could Mona have just realized she didn't kill Ali, but Bethany instead? Did she just forget about hitting some girl in the head when she picked up Ali LATER THAT NIGHT and took her to the motel?

PLL was never a good show, but it was fun for what it was back when it relied on books in the beginning, and the only person who deserves the credit for it is Sara Shepard.
Ever since Mona came back and became ''normal'' again (which should have never happened, she should have died like in the books) this show started treating us viewers like complete morons. I mean girls hanging out with her again and forgiving her after she tried to kill Hanna . Honestly the only way PLL could've gotten away with this was if Mona was later revealed to be part of the A team again. But noo, it was ****ing Cece who had like zero motive to torture the Liars. Like honestly why? I mean that explanation was just It's like 3.5 seasons were for nothing.
And like who gives a **** about Sara???? I mean she was in like 2 episodes of the entire show All those fan theories and everything just for RC/BW to end up being a completely irrelevant character

Apparently that non-factor Sara saved the girls from lodge fire but she left Hanna there. And as the flashback shows she was the Red Coat wearing Ali mask on that night so it got burned and then she became Black Veil despite having NOTHING to do with the liars or the story
How the omniscient CeCe didn't know about Jessica and stop her death? She had like, cameras all over Rosewood. They made A a mastermind but in the flashbacks CeCe was clueless as hell.
