Anyone can do a track like this and do it well. Just look at the top songs of 2010 lol.
But anyways, she did ***** out because they put out this single that sounds like Ke$ha and Katy's biggest hits just so they could have a surefire hit and they didn't have another HIAM incident.
Instead of releasing tired old caca like this she should release better songs like some of the snippets she's released and actually promote and take part in her career.

I honestly think it has the potential to be song of the year. I'm not sure though. As I think Katy or GaGa may take it. But I'm hoping it's this song. Unless Kelly Clarkson does something huge. What do you think?
