The TTT era was just a mess. From the last second switch up of what TTT actually was, to WFL being released just as 'Cheers' had hit the Top 10, no video for TTT (song), etc.
I must say it sold pretty well considering.

Rihanna loves making music, and she has said time and time again that she gets bored very easily, so she can only take a break for a couple of weeks before she feels she has to get back into the studio again. Rihanna also said that making and releasing new music is a way for her to feel close to her fans, and so that's another reason why she does it so often.
I'm sure Def Jam don't mind, though.
