The water queen herself is out, and lasting longer than I ever expected. Wallace is the Gym Leader of Sootopolis City, before she graduates to the League in Emerald. He's an artistic water user, and very erm... "expressive." They made him 10x more... "eccentric" in ORAS. I think he's ok and his gym is a little cool, but not overly interesting. Decent place.
