I don't really get the love that Fear and Loathing is receiving. It sounds like a basic TFJ reject. I played the hell out of it when it leaked but I just couldn't get into that song. Sex, Yeah>>>
I must say, I am really, really impressed with "Primadonna". I think this proves that Dr. Luke uses a formula with artists like Ke$ha and Katy because they go to him specifically for hits, but with artists like Marina, he's allowed to express himself differently and show his creative side a bit more. Leave it to Marina to put out a song by Dr. Luke that is completely different from his usual recycled stuff.

The same could actually be said about the Sex, Yeah demo.

Sex, Yeah was actually one of the first few songs she wrote for this album. It leaked along with Living Dead and I'm mad that it wasn't included in the album. I just need to have at least the final version of that song.

Death at you acting like some of us don't know this.
It's on the deluxe. I actually hope that they do something about the chorus. Other than that, the song is perfect. I constantly quote the lyrics.
Why is April 30th still so far away? I want the exclusive deluxe edition I preordered, now
I've been waiting for this since I read that interview which was published shortly after the release of The family jewels, where she said she already started working on the follow-up. EH is gonna be so epic
I hope there are like two other melancholy tracks so that Fear and Loathing isn't the odd one out. I don't understand why it's at the end of the album, though, tbh. It sounds like a nice opener for the EH concept.
I never thought of it as a third track, but I thought it would be towards the middle of the album like "Obsessions". Having it at the end seemed a little odd to me.
