Nobody promotes like they used to do anymore tho.
Out of France top10 this week, #10 sold 5.9k.
The album fell in many countries (positions, sales was a given), I didn't expect it. Anyway 24k Magic is quite old, and we still don't have a 2nd single announcement.

He's already sold like 130k in France so things aren't that bad but he needs to announce the 2nd single, I mean he was on twitter last night messing around and I thought he was going to announce something but nope. 
And WW promo is important at least in the big markets like Germany and Japan.

Keep in mind, he'll tour in Europe from March to July and he'll be back in November. He can do some promo then.
It's too early to officially release VOTF when 24 is still climbing... for ex it just went #1 in Belgium
