This new guy did the Little Mo abuse storyline hmm.. that was good... but his previous work includes Footballers Wives (I've been rewatching all the seasons recently and it's TRAGIC!!!) and let me not get started on Hollyoaks (worst acted/written show on TV).
It was a huge twist, and they were both hugely iconic characters.
Angie was an alcoholic, Den had a mistress, Angie started having an affair to get revenge, but her affair ended when Den said he didn't care. Then Den had a daughter with the mistress, Angie was so mad she started having another affair, but Den caught her in bed with the guy, and told Angie the marriage was over.
She tells him he can't leave because she's dying and only has 6 months to live. He feels so guilty so he decided to stay with her, they spend a few months living happily, until Den overhears her confessing her lie about dying. Then boom, on Xmas day he clapbacks her and serves her divorce papers.
Iconic.
OOOO thank you for explaining!!

The new producer of eastenders directed hollyoaks?!!!?
Hollyoaks is a MESS. Idek why I still watch it. It's so unrealistic. People in the same family have different accents. Everybody in the village is good looking. And don't get me started on the acting...

He already worked on EastEnders. He was part of the iconic Kat/Zoe stroryline. The show will he fine imo.
I absolutely love Claudette. She's a horrible person trying to right her wrongs by being a foster carer. Her delivery of lines are amazing. That line at the end of tonight's episode when she said Dirt under our feet was hilarious Her voice was so deliciously evil there. Her knockers are incredible too. My favourite character in the show right now.
