The Kanye version does not have Katy's beyond epic bridge:
"This is transcendental
On another level
Boy you're my lucky star
I wanna walk on your wavelength
And be there when you vibrate
For you I'd rise it all"
a.k.a. - The best part of the entire song.
Plus, the chorus of the Kanye version has a more pronounced (and slightly annoying) "PHEW" note on every second beat. That sound is still in the original version, but it's quieter.
