Ciara must've just missed out on the Bubbling-Under chart this week, because Alicia Keys is #25 on the chart, and she's only one place above Ciara on the R&B/hip hop chart (both charts use the same formula now).
"Body Party" is finally making it's way up the "Taking Off" list and playing on a total of 42 stations.... I feel like they're banking on "The Game" for promo ... Worked for Brandy
