I'd say release her lead single from a PRISM re-release. That's a surefire #1 (which will be her 10th) and streaming alone will send it to the top. No need for another single from PRISM.

Katy has more stage presence, hits, and GP accessibility than Gaga. It makes sense. Honestly someone needs to stick a fork in Gaga, 'cause she's done.
Katy should open it with the choral version of Firework like she did at AMA's 2010. Then transition into Roar, Part Of Me (Anyone who saw the tour knows it SLAYS live), Then an ET/ Dark Horse part, new song, dance version of Wide Awake then close with Teenage Dream.
