When I first started going I had the same anxiety like I saw everyone was already so big and obviously you're gonna feel intimidated. But in reality, no one cares about you. That sounds bad but it's true lol. People who go to the gym are just into themselves haha. I used to go like at 10pm since it was practically empty by then, now I go whenever I can but you should try going either early like anytime from 8am-noon or 10pm+ 3pm-7pm is like the peak time since people get out of work and go so if you're not too confident, just try the less busier times.

The thing is, i know that probably nobody cares.
But the gym i go to, has no one to explain to me how things work.
Like i am embarassed, coz i dont know how the machines work, FFS i dont even know where i put the towel on the machine when i work out or how i use it lmao
And it all comes down to me being uncomfortable and ignorant and feeling like a joke seeing all these people work-out like pros while i struggle to turn on a machine

True, I was nervous about being judged at first, but the more I went the more I realized you're more likely to drop heavy weight and kill yourself without anyone noticing than you are to have people actually judging or paying attention to you
